Data Retention Policy

1. Retention of Transcripts

Your transcripts are stored locally on your device by default. If you use our cloud sync feature, we retain your transcripts until you delete them or close your account.

2. Retention of Audio Data

We do not retain raw audio data after transcription is complete, unless you explicitly opt-in to a feature that requires it (e.g., audio playback history). In such cases, audio is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

3. Account Deletion

Upon request to delete your account, all associated personal data, including cloud-synced transcripts, will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days.
